“Tips and Tricks for Teaching English in the Virtual Class”
EFL teachers tried to cope with emergency remote teaching last year but COVID-19 is still among us. 2021 has presented another unprecedented situation: teaching in a hybrid context, mixing face to face and virtual lessons. In this workshop, teachers will get some useful tips and learn applications that could make their lessons more engaging and meaningful.
Sandra Guadalupe Ojeda holds a MA in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (Uneatlántico University) and has also specialized in High School Education, Technologies and the Teaching Practice. She has worked for more than twenty years in a variety of contexts, in primary and secondary schools as well as at university. She is currently a teacher trainer at EFL Teacher Training Programs in Santa Fe and Entre Ríos. She is also an active member of TESOL and has given presentations at local and international conferences. She is a passionate teacher and gardener who loves trekking with her family.
